Mihang’o MCA Paul Kados has called on Governor Jonson Sakaja to intervene and have all stalled projects completed.
Some of the projects were initiated by Governor Mike Sonko’s regime and the defunct Nairobi Metropolitan Services.
Kados also doubles up as the Nairobi County Assembly Deputy Speaker.
Speaking on Saturday while issuing title deeds to residents of Kibiku area in the Ward, Kados said the projects should be completed so that tax payers cash does not go to waste.
He said the Kenya Urban Roads Authority had started tarmacking some roads but contractors abandoned the sites.
Residents lauded him for helping them acquire the title deeds.
“We thank God for this milestone. We are greatful and ask God to bless you,” said Peter Kiama, Chairman of the Kirinyaga Development Association.
Kados issued title deeds to 91 families who will occupy five acres.
“This is an assurance that the land belongs to you and your family. You can use it as security to secure a loan,” he said.
