29-year-old Enosh Momanyi Onyango is a disappointed man.
This is after the Standard Newspaper and several other media outlets erroneously published his picture on its front pages as the PS nominee for Physical Planning when President Kenyatta reshuffled his cabinet on Wednesday, January 15th.
The young Enosh was excited after it was widely reported that he was one of the appointees below 30 years.
The President appointed several young people below 30 years saying he is co-opting them into the Cabinet so that they learn.
Since then, Enosh told Hot News that he has been receiving congratulatory messages.
However, he said he was disappointed after it turned out that there is another Enosh Momanyi Onyango, who was appointed PS and not him.
“My family and friends anticipated such an appointment based on my community- based achievements. This includes being among the pioneers of integrity club curriculum at the age of 19 by EACC,” he told Hot News.
Enosh said he is disappointed and appealed to the Government to consider him for another job.
“I am a young man who has the experience. I request the relevant authorities to consider me for another Job. I have gone through a lot of trauma since I learnt that I am not the Enosh Momanyi that had been appointed,” he said.
The Standard Newspaper has since apologized to the Young Enosh for the mix up.
“Enosh is a professional of successful consolidated academic and professional character. He prides himself for being book smart and street smart having been an A student with exemplary grades all through,” his CV reads.
He adds in his CV that he is currently running a start-up construction company and participating in government tendering process in bid to take part of the guaranteed 30% allocation to special groups.
“He has an appetite for continuous improvement in all areas that fall under his responsibilities. It never goes without saying that Enosh knows something of everything with numerous talents and skills as would be detailed in the content below,” reads the CV.
