The newly built Cherangany Technical Training Institute in Kachibora will admit students this year.
Area MP Joshua kuttuny said he pushed the government to complete the construction of the institution after it had stalled.
The TTI has advertised training vacancies for May and September Intake.
Kuttuny asked his constituents to take advantage and enroll their children in the institution.
The TTI will offer several Diploma courses.
“I am pleased to announce that my office through NG-CDF kitty will sponsor several students from Cherangany “said Kuttuny.
The Ministry of Education has promised to post Lecturers and Tutors in the Institution.
The TTI is among three other institutions the National Government has set up in Trans Nzoia County.
The others are in Kiminini and Endebess.
Kuttuny also successfully pushed for the establishment of a Medical Training Institute in Kachibora.
The MP told Hot News he has purchased 6 school buses through the CDF to be distributed to several schools.
