On Monday, Minara Homes opened their offices in Hurligham dubbed Silver Pool office suites.
Abdullahi Garane, the Managing Director Minara Homes said the projects are being carried out in line with President Kenyatta’s agenda on building affordable housing.
Uhuru wants many Kenyans to own homes as part of his administration legacy.
“I urge Real Estate developers to invest in housing projects in Counties outside Nairobi. With the sectional properties act in place, Kenyan homeowners (Apartments) will have legal ownership of their property,” said Garisa Town MP Aden Duale who graced the occasion.
Duale thanked Minara Homes for bringing affordable housing.
Currently, Minara Homes is working on a project named Minara Tower in South C, and Forest Garden in Parklands.
The two projects are in areas where the social amenities including (schools, shopping malls and masjid) are available.
