Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS), Youth and Gender Affairs, Rachel Shebesh yesterday visited City Hall.
She paid Deputy Governor and Acting Governor Ann Kananu Mwenda a courtesy call.
Ann Kananu Mwenda said she will lead from the front in heeding the Presidents call to radically improve provision of services in the City.
“We are alive to the needs of Nairobi residents and as such it is critical that the early successes seen over the last few months is replicated across the city in all the sectors.” Mwenda said.
She told Shesh she will steer the County Executive in improving service delivery by working closely with the Nairobi County Assembly and Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) led by Director General Major General Mohammed Badi.
However, her stay at City Hall has ben questioned by Kenyans on if she is legally in office.
