A senior City Hall official has allegedly carted away crucial documents to his private office and home.
Word has been going round at City Hall that the officer who was recently promoted, did so in order to cover up to avoid any probe and any questions that may be asked about his past dealings.
Its alleged that the current office holder, who occupies the office where the Senior officer was, is unable to make reference to documents whenever audit queries are raised.
Insiders want the DCI and the EACC to probe the matter.
