Saudi Arabia has ended the land, Sea, and air blockade over Qatar.
This is after three and a half years.
The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) state leaders met in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
The leaders met in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia and signed the Al Ula declaration.
The declaration is meant to reaffirm Unity within the GCC.
The meeting was led by Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman and the Kuwait Emir Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah.
Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman is accused of taking part in the murder of Journalist Jamal Khashogi.
During the blockade, Qataris were banned from going to Saudi Arabia,
Qatari planes could not fly over Saudi airspace.
