Nairobi businessman Francis Njeru has called on DCI boss George Kinoti to overhaul the DCI land fraud unit.
Njeru said the unit is full of corrupt officers who have interfered in a shs 150 million land ownership tussle.
Njeru said the units head Geoffrey Kinyua and a Mr Njeru from the DPPs office based at Milimani court have conspired to ensure he loses the land.
The land in contention is on Mombasa road.
On Wednesday, the DPP lost an application to have criminal charges against Sports CS Amina Mohamed inlaw dropped.
The DPP had gone to court seeking that charges against Farah Mohamed wife to Ahmed Jibril who is Brother to the CS dropped.
Njeru accused the CS of interfering in the case.
The two, jointly with others not before court, were accused of conspiring to defraud Njeru of his Nairobi parcel on October 19, 2015.
The Magistrate court ruled that the case must proceed to full trial.
The Court ruled that Farah Mohamed must appear in court on 27th May to take plea.
On Monday, Francis Njeru protested the DPPs move.
He wondered why the DPP wanted the charges dropped.
In his ruling on Wednesday, Magistrate P Anganyo wondered why the DPP wanted the case dropped.
He queried who are the Senior officers in the DPPs office that wanted the case dropped.
The Magistrate said the case must proceed to full trial so that Justice is served.
