Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi has helped clear a hospital bill for 15 people who were injured during a recent fire in Kangemi.
The 15 were injured when a fire broke out at Dam View informal settlement on Tuesday.
They were admitted at Eagle Health Clinic in Kangemi.
The fire destroyed several houses and property.
At least 700 families were left homeless and more than 40 people injured.
19 victims were attended to at the hospital; eight had superficial burns and were treated and discharged.
Six had deep cuts on their heads and arms that were stitched, dressed and discharged.
Five were in deep shock and unconscious due to smoke inhalation.
Only four victims are still admitted at the hospital undergoing treatment.
