Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku has said that Kenyans are fed up with the political fights between former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto.
He said their constant feuds are unhealthy for the Country.
Lenku said the two are destabilizing the economy which was stabilizing after the handshake.
“We are at that stage where all we want is fast tracking development. We are fed up by this political drama and the push and pull by Raila and Ruto. We shall play politics in 2022,” he said.
Lenku is seen as close to the Kenyatta family where it’s members led by Christina Pratt often graces Key County functions.
He is also close to DP Ruto going by Ruto’s frequent visits to Kajiado County.
He was speaking in Kitengela town when he launched the County’s revenue e-payment system that will use MPESA.
