A section of ANC youth have asked National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi to bar nominated MP Godfery Osotsi from accessing Parliament.
The youths said Osotsi is no longer an MP since ANC has expelled him.
They said if Osotsi is still allowed to access Parliament, they will use all means to bar him.
Speaking in Kitale town, the youths said the former secretary general should respect the National Executive Committee after it recommended he be expelled from the party.
They also said he should respect ANC leader Musialia Mudavadi and leave the party.
On Tuesday last week, the party’s NEC recommended his expulsion.
Last Wednesday, the party notified the Registrar of Political Parties that the nominated MP was no longer its member.
Osian Anyila (ANC social media coordinator) threatened that the youths will demonstrate and storm parliament if the National Assembly Speaker will still allow Osotsi to access Parliament.
Addressing the press at Posta Grounds in Kitale, the youth led by National coordinator sylphados Abong’o asked Otsosi to stop insulting Party leader Musalia Mudavadi.
They asked him to join ODM.
The youth said Osotsi has on several occasions insulted Mudavadi and claimed ANC is his personal property.
Abong’o said the party has expelled the rebel member and that “he is no longer an MP”
Last week, ANC Secretary General Barrack Muluka notified the Speaker of the National Assembly Justin Muturi and Clerk Michael Sialai that ANC had kicked out the MP and he should be locked out of Parliament.
In a letter to the Registrar of Political Parties, ANC wants Osotsis name struck out of the party’s register.
The youthS alleged Osotsi nominated his mother in-law and a number of his girlfriends as nominated MCAs when he was the party’s secretary General.
Abong’o said osotsi’s statement that ANC belongs to him meant to discredit Mudavadi.
“The party belongs to the members and it is not a personal entity, we know that Mudavadi remains our leader and we will not allow Osotsi to carry out any party activities. He should know that he has lost his position as MP since he is no longer our party member” Abong’o said.
Abong’o was accompanied by youthful party members among them and Vitalis Kisongochi(Party chairman-Cherangany).
