Mwenda is a seasoned advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 25 years’ experience, 23 years of which he has worked as a State Counsel.
The Government has been seconding him to different departments as a state Counsel to fix the problems.
He has worked at the Attorney General Chambers, National Treasury & Planning for 1 year 5 months and the recent tour of duty at the Ministry of Health for 1 year 3 months.
He specializes in drafting of legislation being an expert in legislative drafting.
Hot News has learnt that he has succeeded in the past assignments by ruthlessly running roughshod over anyone who got in his way.
