Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku yesterday received a rare guest in his office.
The surprise guest was President Uhuru Kenyatta’s sister Christina Pratt.
The impromptu visit left tongues wagging with some people saying it is a demonstration of the “faith and trust” the Kenyatta family has in Governor Lenkus administration.
This is because Christina Pratt rarely talks in public.
Those present said Ole Lenku introduced her as ‘MUM’, much to the astonishment of Kajiado residents.
Pratt was all praises of “my brother Joseph” for leading the County well and achieving so much in just one year.
This is the third time Pratt is visiting Lenku.
During the first visit, Pratt accompanied Lenku to a Harambee at Nkoroi Catholic Church where millions were raised.
In the second visit, the two attended the 40th Anniversary of Kajiado AIC Child Care Centre that supports hundreds of disabled children.
Yesterday, Christina Pratt held talks with Governor Lenku in his office.
“The speech by Pratt revealed very strong support of the Kenyatta family to Governor Lenku’s administration. It is rare to have a Christina Pratt on the podium in public.” said Wilson Ole Moiyare who attended the meeting.
